We are a 16 unit Retirement Village complex. Maple Rise is a small village when you compare it to other large villages in the area of Manningham. All of our units are single story dwellings, eight of which have large balconies. The Village is quite and peaceful set in a serene location with leafy green views, Buck Reserve next door and the Mullum Mullum Reserve just down the road.
